The cooperation with the Talenthafen team is successful! Within a short period of time, we were able to fill three important positions (CNC machining, milling/turning, and metrology) with skilled workers. At the beginning we were well supported, especially in the appealing formulation of texts and photos for our target group. We, the Luckfiel & Mann GmbH have gone the "modern" way of employee recruitment for the first time and so far actually convinced that the shown ways of Martel Media bring us forward! We went as a wholesale trade so far rather the usual way of the personnel search and placed advertisements in newspapers.
