Medical Exclusive Istanbul

Following research on the internet and a recommendation from a friend, I booked a hair transplant with Medical Exclusive (ME) in July. The contact was made via WhatsApp and email and was very fast, friendly and competent at all times. The information provided was very comprehensive and showed what options were available and what the limitations might be. Everything made a very serious impression on me. The booking included a complete package, which also included the hotel and transfers between the airport, hotel, practice and clinic. I found this point very pleasant because I didn't have to worry about anything else. The hotel was high quality. I only had to take care of dinner myself. The transfers were very fast, professional and without long waiting times. The organization is really outstanding.
The consultation in the practice was extremely detailed, without any time pressure and you could ask any questions you had.
In addition, Mr. Arslan's very positive, friendly and courteous manner took away the last doubts and worries before the operation.
I received a very positive welcome at the clinic. Even though the surgical team didn't speak much English, they were able to communicate so well via Google translator or similar that even that wasn't a problem. It gave me the impression that everyone was very keen to give me the best possible result.
The operation went smoothly. I was given detailed information about every step.
After the operation, there is the permanent option of contacting us via WhatsApp for aftercare, which is answered very promptly, competently and empathetically, just as before.
Now, one year on, I can say that the result for me is outstanding! I feel much better. My hair is set perfectly and it's fun to look in the mirror every time 🙂

I went to HT at Medical exclusive in Istanbul on 18.05.24 for the 3rd time.
I got an appointment at short notice, which I made straight away as I knew what to expect and that I was in good hands there.
It was rather spontaneous this time and it just fitted in with my vacation, so I went through with it again without thinking twice.
As always, the organization and information was very professional and competent. We already know each other and trust each other.
This time the clinic was just a 3-minute walk from the Hilton Hotel. The staff and the attending doctor were very friendly and confidential. The ME team was on site and discussed the planning with the doctor and convinced me of my expectations. First they took my blood and did an ECG. Then I went for treatment and the ME team accompanied me there and we said goodbye.
Everything was well organized and structured in the operating theatre. The extraction was carried out exclusively by a specialist and the receiving channels were pierced by the doctor. After that, everything went hand in hand.
After about 5-6 hours I went back to the hotel to rest. I was provided with all the medication and care products I needed in advance by ME. This time I particularly like the panthenol foam spray, which has contributed very well to healing and the high-quality care products also in the program
z. For example with biotin serum, which are available to purchase.
The night went smoothly and I was able to leave the next morning.
We have of course been in contact ever since.

I had my nose and hair transplant at ME a few years ago.
I have no regrets. I am super happy🤩
It was a very good decision to go with Medical Exclusive.

I came on recommendation and am more than satisfied. It turned out brilliantly and I am over the moon. The private atmosphere compared to other chains that also offer this is exactly what I wanted and the result speaks for itself.
I have already made several recommendations.

There are many things that I really like about a Medical Exclusive. But especially these:

- incredibly good service, even on Sundays you get an answer within a few hours!
- very familiar atmosphere and very, very friendly and warm people
- honest assessment of their own situation without giving patients false hope. In my case, it was communicated fairly that I would need a second hair transplant to achieve a good result as my hair loss had progressed too far.
- Sensationally good aftercare! After the operation, when you are back in Germany and have already paid the money, ME is always there for you if you have any questions.
- Luxury hotel with a great breakfast.
- Very good price-performance ratio! With 2 HT's in Germany I would have had to pay over €10,000. At ME it was only about a quarter.

To sum up, I can wholeheartedly recommend ME! I am very grateful to the company and hope that they will continue to be very successful! Thank you for everything!!!

I was in Istanbul 1.5 years ago. Everything went very well. Pick up and transfer. Accommodation. Only the op lie was not so perfect. Back then. But perhaps that has improved.

Everything worked out perfectly 👌 I would always go back. Bin also still, after 3 years mega satisfied 👍👍👍
