Los tratamientos para combatir el acné tienen que ser proporcionales a la extensión del problema: en los casos leves, sólo con la prescripción de cremas o tópicos alcanza para corregir el problema, en cambio en los casos más severos se precisa asociar al tratamiento local la prescripción de pastillas para el acné utilizando la vía oral y de esa manera lograr la interacción de los principios activos de los medicamentos que actúan sobre la zona afectada por vía externa (tópicos) y la vía interna (digestiva-circulación sanguínea).
LAS DIVERSAS PASTILLAS PARA EL ACNE
Cuando se describen formas farmacéuticas para el tratamiento de distintas patologías, hay que aclarar que no siempre los medicamentos elegidos para el tratamiento de una afección tienen los mismos principios activos. En el caso de un proceso acneico, las pastillas para el acné que se prescriben no incluyen las mismas sustancias químicas, ya que algunas pueden ser a base de hormonas, otras incluyendo antibióticos y otras conteniendo vitaminas.
