The questions that can be selected in a survey, which a customer then has to answer, are either too general or too specific. There should be more surveys on specific topics and you should be allowed to cross these topics as each business offers individual services and not always the standard services that are known. They make it very difficult for start-ups to adapt these surveys to new businesses that operate outside or across industries.

* The homepage is unclear in relation to the google sterns the Pro Seal and the Option 'Google Sterne' in the left Menu. I went to the chat, and the lady did not even knew that the Pro Seal had the Google Stern Option.
* I just want to know what the difference is between the two Options. Do I need both? What is the difference on the Search Page of Google? What if I have different sources?
* I tried allready two times to make an appointment with you, to be able to talk about the features. Nobody was there on the time I made the appointment. This happened two times.
* So after the chat, I still don't know if I should implement both options over the PRO Seal and separate this 'Google Sterne' Option.
Therefore the very bad review.
