Is it a pleasure to relentlessly reveal my emotional entanglements in front of a group of people? Definitely not!
Is it up to me to take full responsibility for my feelings in the here & now? Absolutely!
Am I fully aware of the extent to which past hurts are affecting me in the present? No!
Do I want to make decisions that are free of them? Certainly!
Did I know what to expect when I signed up for the Master with Rainer & Regina? Definitely not!
Does the ruthless honesty with which I am confronted with my issues scare the crap out of me? Yes!
Why am I doing this to myself?
Because the events of my past, or more precisely the evaluation of them and the persistence in them, are more painful than facing my issues and going into the process.
What happens in the process?
Nothing less than the defragmentation of my previous assumptions and evaluations. My constructs of how I explain the world to myself collapse. Much of what I thought was true turns out to be a delusion.
How does that feel?
Disturbing! Shameful, with a negative error culture.
What happens then?
Truthfulness!
The acceptance of what is.
A deep relief after the emotional chaos clears and everything is sorted where it belongs. An ease of being able to be with myself. Peace.
How does that happen?
By guiding and accompanying, leading without seducing, a no-frills straightforwardness with which I am guided to gain my own insights.
With a group in which I can recognize myself in the other person as what I am: a human being!
A person with experiences, with fears and with a deep longing to belong.

How wonderful that your personal journey through life has led to the creation of MET and that your expertise, joy in creating and present support have given me the opportunity to rediscover myself.

Another weekend full of important impulses for me, I'm still digesting ...
And again the experience, as after every Master, that the work in my practice becomes even easier, even more natural and even more fun.
The soulful moments when someone comes to their deep, deep pain and expresses it for the first time were particularly special ... a huge wave of touch that also set a lot in motion in me.
And this is ONLY possible in such a safe and growing group, which is led by Rainer and Regina in a stable and attentive way.
Confrontation, if necessary, is not excluded but, as in my case, extremely helpful! It works like a tap, once it is turned on, it can start flowing straight away.

What makes this MET training particularly special is the profound focus on the individual development of each participant. Rainer and Regina Franke are masters at creating an environment in which personal growth is not only encouraged, but celebrated. Each participant is encouraged to discover and develop their unique strengths.
A highlight of this training is undoubtedly the implementation to dissolve negative stored feelings. Using a combination of cutting-edge psychological techniques and proven traditional methods, participants are empowered to identify and dissolve deep-rooted emotional blockages. This process is often intense, but incredibly liberating and transformative.
The techniques and strategies taught are not only theoretically sound, but also extremely practical. Participants are given concrete tools that they can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives. The sustainability of the methods learned is particularly impressive - they have an effect far beyond this training and enable continuous personal development. The seminar was really very intense and transformative for me.
It was deeply touching to see and experience how deep MET can go and how much healing can happen in just one hour if the person can fully engage with the emotional process.

I am totally enthusiastic about Rainer-Michael and Regina Franke!!! I have completed the MET Coach training and am now perfecting the Master Course! In my opinion, there is no person who does not have some issues that they keep pushing away, whether they originated in childhood or occurred in the course of a lifetime. With this simple yet effective technique, many issues such as anger, fear, resentment, hatred, self-doubt, sadness and many more stuck emotions can be resolved! For me, it was a journey to myself. The insights I gained about myself have helped me move forward and I can now work specifically on my issues. After this weekend, I felt relieved, clearer and enriched at the same time.

It's already been two weeks since the last Master Training and I still can't really put into words what has happened in the Master year. I could never have imagined how intense and how brilliant it would be. The Master Training is unique and something very special. Rainer and Regina are the role models I have always wanted. Wonderful people who bring great things into the world. Their knowledge, their humanity, their joy and enthusiasm. Their direct, clear, honest, humorous manner and the guidance that Rainer and Regina give have also helped me a lot. I also feel very connected to the other participants through this intensive year. It feels like family. Rainer and Regina, like parents, to whom we participants could come with all our issues. And even outside of the training, with our small group, there was always someone there. I learned a lot this year, gained many very, very valuable insights and a lot of clarity. I have rediscovered myself. I still want to discover and experience a lot more, so I'll be sticking with it and I'm really looking forward to everything that's to come. Many thanks to Rainer and Regina.

Life-transforming!!!

The master training was an intensely transformative experience for me. I was able to mature internally and release blockages that had weighed me down for a long time. It was a liberating process that gave me a lot of energy and changed my whole life for the better, both professionally and personally.
By working intensively on myself and with others, I can now support people even more effectively in reaching their full potential.

Dear Regina, dear Rainer, this one-year master seminar was revolutionary for me. You both gave me and the whole group a very practical understanding of MET tapping therapy with a great deal of empathy and ingenious knowledge. All the theoretical knowledge was tested and improved through the many practical exercises with you. You guided me through my blockages and problems with a lot of love and understanding, resulting in relief, liberation and an enormous expansion of consciousness. The MET Master training was a very valuable experience for me. I am so grateful to Rainer and Regina and I notice a huge change.
