The Immoscout exposé does not mention a graduated rent, even if this is only limited to 2 years. I'm not sure if the exposé mentions the 2-year fixed rent. But I'm not sure about the graduated rent.
Very nice and competent staff. They took their time to show us around the property and also talked about everything worth knowing. It was quite relaxed and informal, which I personally think is great.
Our contact person was very polite during the viewing and made a pleasant impression on us. The employee was about our age. That took away some of the nervousness and made it feel like a viewing at eye level. He was able to answer all my questions and seemed very experienced and confident. It was definitely a very good viewing, without huge crowds or unsympathetic marketers.
