I am a coach myself and therefore always choose shortcuts to achieve my goals as quickly as possible.
I had to overcome an unpleasant situation that was putting a lot of mental strain on me, so I turned to Regina Fröhlich.

I came to Regina because I was in a very bad way. I had two part-time jobs alongside my studies and was doing competitive sports with 15-20 hours of training per week. Every second of my day was planned from 5am to 10pm. Even at the weekend. I never knew how to rest or do "nothing". I put a lot of pressure on myself with everything and felt like a failure who couldn't get anything done, no matter how much I did. When my girlfriend broke up with me at the beginning of the year, the whole house of cards collapsed and I realized a few things. With Regina's help, I managed/am still working on "setting up" my life the way I want it. She has supported me in putting aside my "pathological" ambition and no longer having to prove anything to myself or others at any price. I certainly wouldn't be where I am today without Regina.

"The day you stop running the race is the day you win the race." I first came across this quote from Bob Marley in Regina's coaching and it couldn't have been more fitting for me and my situation. Over the years, I have always gone full throttle in both my private and professional life and sought out one challenge after another. I didn't even realize that I was losing myself in the process, just functioning and putting too much strain on myself and my body. It was only when a personal stroke of fate came along and my battery was completely empty that I realized that I couldn't go on like this and that I had to change something. I reached a point where everything became too much for me and my body was already rebelling with severe symptoms. Regina helped me a lot during this difficult time! She gave me important tools, showed me new ways of thinking and we worked out solutions together on how I could help myself both physically and mentally. As I noticed myself, you can make progress very quickly with these tools, but it is important that you always stick with it and continue to do something for yourself in the future or throughout your life. In my opinion, this is the only way to escape the "golden hamster wheel" of our time and lead a happy and self-determined life. I can recommend coaching with Regina to everyone 100% and with full conviction!

I contacted Regina because I hadn't been able to get my anxiety and panic attacks under control for about 3 years. This was also restricting me more and more in my public life. I am passionate about theater and even there I could no longer enjoy the performances because I was preoccupied with myself and my anxiety all the time. I no longer wanted to do anything with friends unless I was driving alone in my own car so that I knew I could escape the situation at any time. Vacations that I should be looking forward to were more stressful than relaxing for me. My mind was preoccupied with trying to control my anxiety. But I didn't succeed. I always thought, Martina, be strong, it'll get better; but NO, it didn't get better. I was also at my wits' end because I couldn't control myself in these situations. I had to find a new way out of this tunnel for myself.
So I came to Regina through a recommendation. So much has changed since the workshop. Anxiety and panic attacks have disappeared from my life. I was able to enjoy my last theater performances to the fullest, without fear. I don't go alone when we are out with friends, I go with them. For my body and myself, I have rebuilt the feeling of being there with enthusiasm and lasting joy. Our last vacation was so beautiful, the journey, the time on site, the way I actually knew it. And if I ever get a sinking feeling in my stomach, I now know how to deal with it. It's a great feeling that gives me so much security.

This is the second time I have been in treatment with Regina and I have to say that she has helped me once again with her incredible experience. I decided to work through a trauma in my childhood.
