We are looked after by Mrs. Buchholtz at the travel agency in MG-Hardt. We have always handled our bookings ourselves for many years. But since we got to know Mrs. Buchholtz, we no longer do that. She is very committed to our wishes and requirements so that almost everything goes smoothly. We simply feel that she looks after us really well.

Even in the Internet age, personal, individual advice & support is what counts for us! Ms. Maaßen Pires did an excellent job and put together an Aida trip in the Mediterranean that left nothing to be desired and far exceeded our expectations! When a return ticket was suddenly missing, she reacted quickly and helped us promptly, always very competent & friendly. We will be happy to book again here at Reisebüro Plum. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well deserved!!!

Unfortunately, we had to cut the trip short after five days because of my health.
Mrs. Völlger from the travel agency Plum in Hardt then set heaven and hell in motion to make a return flight from Sardinia to Düsseldorf possible for us on the same day. Mrs. Völlger worked until well into the evening (7:30 pm) so that we were able to catch the last flight at 8:20 pm. Such dedication and service as we received from Mrs. Völlger is hard to find these days. We would like to thank her once again.

Das empfohlene Hotel war so, wie beschrieben und für unsere Reise mit Kleinkind perfekt.
Die Mitarbeiter im Büro waren immer schnell erreichbar und es gab auch keinen „Informationsverlust“, als ein Ansprechpartner urlaubsbedingt gewechselt wurde.

Ms. Völlger was recommended to me by a neighbor. Ms. Völlger far exceeded my expectations. We initially spoke on the phone, and I always had the feeling that she had time for me and was interested in my concerns. The material sent by e-mail was very comprehensive and was a great help in making a decision. Even at two meetings in the office (Mönchengladbach Forsterstr.) I can only describe her with the adjectives: friendly, patient and above all with a great deal of professional competence. The above was also true when I asked her after signing the contract. I will definitely recommend Ms. Völlger without reservation.
I would also like to mention that the office on Forsterstr. seems to me to be only conditionally suitable for two simultaneous consultations. (My wife and I were the only clients at both appointments, good planning or luck?)
