When Rike came up with the idea of opening her own tattoo studio, she had the passion but no concrete idea of how to go about it. Since she started working with Stella Schneider, I hardly recognized her. She was full of drive, outgrew herself and achieved things that were previously outside her comfort zone.

Stella not only helped build the business from the ground up, but also tackled Rike's personal fears. Through this support, she has undergone an impressive transformation - from insecurity to a confident entrepreneur who pursues her goals with clarity and determination.

Today, Rike has her own tattoo studio, Schwarzwild Tattoo, and it's going great. I can really only recommend Stella to anyone who wants to develop and reach their full potential.

I can highly recommend Stella Schneider! When I met her, all I knew was that I wanted to open my own tattoo studio, but I had absolutely no idea how to go about it. Stella not only gave me great advice on all the formal things - how to set up a business and what to consider - but also on my personal fears. These blocked me a lot at the beginning, but with her help I was able to overcome them step by step.

Every conversation with Stella felt more like a conversation with a friend. She always supported and motivated me. I have now opened my own tattoo studio, Schwarzwild Tattoo, the store is doing well and I have lots of new customers. I'm already looking forward to seeing Stella again the next time she's in Germany and inviting her to a party.

I would go down this path with her again at any time and can really recommend her to anyone who wants to start their own business!

What I particularly liked about Stella's business coaching was the flexibility to respond to very individual challenges at the beginning of my solo self-employment: Whether it was product development, defining goals & establishing structures, removing bureaucratic hurdles & mindset blocks - I received a lot of input on all points in a very short time and now feel very well supported when it comes to starting an online business. During my start-up consultation (AVGS), Stella created a safe and structured framework in which I was able to grow and learn more than I had previously thought. Within this framework, there was also enough room for joy, fears and great visions, in which she supported me.
I would particularly like to emphasize that Stella has an incredible gift for keeping the focus on the essentials and I was able to learn a lot from her way of working during this intensive time. The information materials that she provided in addition to the coaching sessions were super helpful.

I also really liked her empathetic and level-headed manner, which I really value in coaches. She always motivated me to stay on the ball (thanks for all the party and rocket emoji reactions on Zoom) and at the same time I was able to work out my own pace with her.

I am super grateful to have had Stella as my start-up consultant and will continue to benefit from her extensive tips and impulses for a long time to come. I can highly recommend her!

Stella Schneider is a highly competent advisor. I went to her for advice on applying for the start-up grant and we were given the minimum number of teaching units required for this.
