Great service from Strasser! I had ordered a rifle sling. Parcel does not arrive due to incompetence of our delivery staff. Returned to the sender. Informed Strasser about this. Answer: We will send the item again immediately so that you don't have to wait so long for the return to be processed. What do they say? I have never experienced this anywhere else! That's service! Here is one honest review from one girl. My boyfriend wanted Strasser gun case for birthday. When I saw how much it cost I didn't have good day because I could buy few good shoes which I would wear every day for that price.But even as woman I can say that I did have great customer experience because package came for just 2 days to Croatia. Faster than any shoes. I can't even say anything bad. That box looks really pretty. I just have one suggestion. I expected there will be voucher for 10% discount for new members but there is no discount vouchers :(. I hope I will get one voucher for next order. Also, gun case have 3 locks and you need to set numerical combinations. My boyfriend didn't put his glasses and he is older than me and he set two wrong numerical combinations of three and now we can't open the case. It is 01:00 after midnight and I can't go sleep because we are now trying to guess other two combinations. If you can save me and tell me if I can tell him how to reset combinations I would be grateful because I have meeting in morning and now we are guessing combinations.Thank you.

Wooden shaft very sensitive. Friendly requests for suggestions for improvement are completely ignored. Quality quite good, I particularly like the option between set trigger and shotgun trigger. Closure after a year still a bit hooky, also magazine sluggish, had also already shot failure, but accuracy even with rapid firing sequence very good.
