I have already had experience with several providers, but none of them are anywhere near as reliable, fast and helpful as südhost.

Switching from the old provider was totally easy. My website was up and running immediately after the switch and the loading times are significantly shorter. Therefore 5 stars from me.

We built our website with hosting from Südhost and were pretty happy at first. But then we realized that the layout, which looks great in the editor and in the preview, is not displayed correctly on the live page. Instead, there were graphic errors and the images were slipping into the text.

Customer support was able to help us, but it turned out that there was a discrepancy between the hoster and our website builder, which is why we have now changed it. Now everything works great, but it's a pity that we had to change the software...

Support responded super fast and friendly, even on a Sunday. Really great!
