Working within both the counselling and coaching sector provides me with the skills to tailor sessions to your needs. As counselling can focus on working through your past and building your emotional and mental resilience whilst coaching can help you build the future you have always wanted, by identifying and achieving your goals.
Prior to working as a Therapist, I managed an Advice team within a Domestic Abuse project I also managed a Mental Health charity and have a deep understanding of the struggles that someone can face when dealing with anxiety and depression. My intention as a therapist is for you to truly be yourself and thrive.
