My wife and I have each ordered a Haicaddy HC9S and are extremely satisfied!
Despite annoying inquiries and indecision on my part, my contact person remained polite and objective!
As we use the trolleys abroad, it was important to me that the subsequent (possibly necessary) service was also available.
An acquaintance who has had a TourMade e-trolley for some time was able to confirm this.
The pink wheels were important for my wife - we also got this and she is very happy with it!
I really appreciate the technical refinements, such as the magnetic battery plug, which detaches itself if you forget it and fold the trolley up carelessly, after just a few trips.
The battery easily lasts for two laps, even on our mountainous terrain!
As you can "switch off" the battery during use, meaning you can use the trolley downhill (and on the flat) without the battery and without much effort, you still have a nice ride, even if you (me!) forget to fully charge the battery!
We are both very happy with our choice!

From ordering to payment to delivery, everything went super quickly and smoothly. Even better was the absolutely perfect customer service for a small complaint regarding the drive of my trolley. From the first phone call to the free repair, everything was always extremely friendly, customer-oriented and fast. I have seldom experienced such friendly and competent support in Germany, where we are so fond of services. The trolley itself is very easy to use, is stable on the lawn and can be assembled and disassembled in no time at all. I can only recommend the product and Tour Made!

I ordered an HC9 about 3 weeks ago. I received advice over the phone from Felix, a Tourmade employee. The advice was great and all my questions were answered. I bought the HC9 because it has some advantages over the slightly cheaper ones. Felix would have sold me a cheaper one after I told him where and how I play.
I was now able to test the HC9 during an intensive golf weekend in the Allgäu. Over four days, four times 18 holes. One of my fellow players had a Jucad with him for comparison.
Now to the result: The HC9 is in no way inferior to a Jucad in terms of quality. The battery can also cope with the mountainous courses in the Allgäu. The battery was half empty every day. A great result for me. The power of the HC9 is extremely good. It really pulled me up the mountain. The HC9 can be dismantled or folded with just a few hand grips.
I can recommend the HC9 to anyone who wants a high-quality trolley at a reasonable price. Again and again.

General note to all interested parties: The motors can do it, as they are very high quality, but please do not let the trolley pull you up the mountain. It is designed for its own weight + 25kg bag weight ;-)

Hello, I'm really impressed with the service and the products. First of all, I had great advice over the phone before I decided on the right trolley. My wishes (T-handle and different wheel color) were also taken into account. Now I finally have my first electric trolley... it arrived after 2 days... And it's really great. It looks great and the stainless steel frame looks really classy. Sure, it's heavier than a titanium trolley... but you don't have to push it either😂. Handling is also super easy. I've already used it a bit on our training ground and at the weekend in the low mountain range. It never had any problems and after 9 holes it was still 75% charged.
All in all, highly recommended!

6 stars would be well deserved. Excellent Haicaddy HC 9 golf trolley with the best price/performance ratio compared to competitor products. The battery indicator alone is worth its weight in gold and the endurance of the battery is exemplary. 2 x 18-hole games without intermediate charging is no problem. The small pack size is also perfect for my Fiat 500. The trolley is easy to assemble and disassemble. The smooth running and control technology leave nothing to be desired. The service from Tour Made is also unbeatable. Simply exemplary. I can recommend this trolley 100% without reservation.

I have owned the Etrolly HC7S for 2 years and am still very satisfied with the device. Price / performance is very good. I get on very well with the handling. It is very easy to assemble and reassemble. The small dimensions when folded and the very nice bag are particularly helpful.

I've had my trolley for two years now. The handling was good. Even with minor problems, I get quick and uncomplicated help so that my trolley runs and runs and runs...... 36 holes and it is simple and easy to handle. Based on this experience, we then bought a second trolley for my wife - which was also handled in a friendly and problem-free manner.

HC7S Haicaddy E-Trolley. After 3 seasons: very nice smooth running, easy to push even when freewheeling. Very easy to assemble and dismantle, saves space when transporting in the car. The operation
operation is very simple. One battery charge lasts almost 3 laps.
Price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
Recommendation: rather buy aluminum or titanium, so lightweight construction.

The advice was very good and without time pressure, very friendly and competent team. I have now ridden two laps on the HC9, what can I say, everything is great. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable.

Super-fast delivery of a new potentiometer - so I was able to remove the old one today (with the help of my daughter 😉) and install the new one - my trolley seems to be repaired!!! I still have to try it out on the course, but: that was a great analysis, great service and great shipping. And 'thank you' also for the matching repair description attached by email, otherwise I probably wouldn't have realized it!!!

The price-performance ratio is great, the accessories are significantly cheaper than with the "big brands". Already the second trolley from Tour Made. The first time a part was lost, a quick call and 2 days later the part was in the post, an invoice was not enclosed. Chapeau!

There is a wide range of golf trolleys on offer, but the Haicaddie9 was a good choice. It runs extremely smoothly, is easy to operate and parks safely with the electronic parking brake.
But the most important experience with my new trolley: when I had a small problem, I received quick, friendly and uncomplicated help. This service orientation of TourMade seems to me to be an important reason for a clear purchase recommendation.
