So now they're over again, the master mind days 2024. What an event! Barbara and Michael and guest coach Jork were in their element and simply couldn't be bettered. The team behind it was a hit, perfectly organized and extremely supportive. The hotel ... no words. I hadn't booked a "hot seat" this time. I was able to take away a lot of valuable things for my own business from listening to the experiences and presentations of the others, the contributions and comments of the coaches and just by being at this event. I am very grateful for this experience, especially because I can actually feel a profound transformation in myself. This seminar is highly recommended, if not a MUST HAVE, for anyone who is just starting out in their self-employed career or those who want to give their business a new polish.

I very much hope that there is enough space to share my experiences with Barbara and her team. It all started with MindSet Week - now TransionWeek. It was magical and still is. My gratitude for having met Barbara is boundless. For me, she is the epitome of magic, coupled with charm, wit and melon. So authentic , direct and also demanding to achieve my goal . It really can't be put into words. She is my absolute role model and always will be. Now I've been back home for 4 days and I miss the whole community. Everyone is allowed to be who they are there. Followed by many conversations with lots of insights, tears and much more. I am in VIP coaching and get through every hurdle together with Barbara and Michael. The professionalism of the team, dear Sylvia, the setting of the seminar at the Hotel Schachner, the structure of the seminars - it's just perfect! There can be no other words for it. Thank you for Barbara and the team, the community and everything that goes with it. I have always dreamed of something like this and now my dream has come true. Thank you ♥️

I went to MindSet Week without knowing what to expect. Not only my unexpected expectations were exceeded. My whole life now finally has a positive vibe again in this very negative and warring world. The entire organization: TOP. True to the motto: Make your own Sylvia. Barbara and Michael are simply top experts and made these 4 days one of the best days of my life with the utmost professionalism, heart and passion. I was a participant at the expert intensive week in January 2023 and it was incredible: intense, impactful and inspiring. I've been giving presentations for a while, but I could never have done it on my own as enthusiastically as I learned in this seminar. Many thanks for that.
In addition to excellent expert knowledge, Barbara Jascht and Dr. Michael Hartschen inspire with their structured approach, methodical variety, lively, practical presentations and sincerity. They are not afraid to honestly share their many years of experience (even the less joyful moments) and are educated in such diverse fields that, in addition to their professional expertise, it is an invaluable lifetime that one may spend with them.

If you want to develop in business and personally, I can only recommend: book this or another seminar with Barbara Jascht and Dr. Michael Hartschen - it's always worth it!
I am looking forward to the next seminars with Barbara and Michael, because: I am far from finished 😉!

Depth, honesty and transformation! I have been in Barbara's coaching program for half a year. She recognizes with a uniqueness my blocks, we dissolve them and with her expertise and experience I can put exactly the steps in my business that it needs to be successful.
