A great feedback training! The individual and group exercises were great, the learnings were immediately applicable and the trainer always picked us up. Absolutely recommendable.

Ursula made an effort to involve all participants on an ongoing basis and provided targeted support, especially to those for whom it was clear that they needed more advice or help. She explained clearly and comprehensibly how to make changes and how feedback should be expressed constructively. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and informative session.

Uschi's training courses are always very practical and very well balanced between theory, practical examples and exercises. This is also the case with the training "Virtual Moderation". You take away a lot of tips & tricks for everyday working life that are easy to implement.

Very helpful input with valuable tips & tricks for effective and targeted virtual moderation. Small, interactive group, good balance of presentation, exchange from practice, discussion and short role plays.

Distribute agenda with dates in advance, collection of slides should be distributed at the beginning so that notes can be taken directly on the slides. Reduce the number of case studies in the second part; if necessary, play through a specific case together over the entire phases.

Ursula structured the training very well and integrated the exercises efficiently. She always actively involved the participants. Overall, the training was very successful.

I took part in the training "Successful Negotiation". The tactics and approaches taught were realistic and practicable, and were consolidated directly in exercises after the theoretical units. Afterwards there was an analysis & feedback. I would recommend Ursula without hesitation.

Thanks to very good presentation soft skills, it was no problem to follow the content throughout the day. All participants are addressed and actively involved.
The content is all well explained and can be derived if necessary. There are also examples for each point, which illustrate the content very well.
The exercises and negotiations are also well prepared and are followed up constructively.
All in all, I am very impressed with the training.

I haven't had such an entertaining, informative and interactive training course for a long time. I was able to take away a lot and really enjoyed it.

The way you were activated (walking the dog is not the keyword). The group of colleagues was small, so you were always challenged. The seminar was well structured with clearly recognizable objectives.

The virtual presentation training provided many insights, details and tips that go far beyond what is generally known compared to the presentations I have seen and given myself so far. A pleasant atmosphere was also created. For my part, a clear recommendation.
