I hired Will+Partners for a design project and fully paid for their services as agreed. However, after receiving my payment, they stopped responding to my messages and failed to deliver any work. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I was completely ignored. I have not received any refund or explanation for their failure to fulfill the contract.
