I first learned about Academycon through an online ad, but it took me a very long time to finally decide to schedule a consultation. When I was told about the new premium from my health insurance, I went ahead and did it anyway because, at some point, nearly 300€ just became too much for me. The consultation went very quickly online, and at first I was told that I could even get a retroactive refund on my premiums.
But somehow that didn’t work out because some deadline had already passed, and I had to wait another two months before switching.
The rest went smoothly, though, and looking back, I wish I’d done this sooner. I’m now paying €147 a month.

In my case, things were a bit more complicated, but Mr. Hasse really went the extra mile, and we found a good solution. Whenever I had questions, I could always reach out to him. He took the time to explain everything to me patiently. Our interactions were really pleasant, and I felt like he took my questions seriously.

He was friendly, always professional, not pushy, and explained the topic of health insurance for students to me in detail. He addressed my concerns and explained the current situation (the available insurance options) to me, allowing me to make a fact-based decision on my own time. I wish I’d known about this sooner!
