I am now in my 6th month of the Restart program, it is truly amazing how much knowledge is shared with us each month, I have wow experiences every week, I have been through many healers and programs, but the Restart is truly just WOW. 5 out of 5 points! I am always impressed and speechless about all the knowledge. What's more, you're so good at getting it across that I learn so many new things and understand the context. Technically, everything is always flawless and highly professional. The summaries help enormously and it is always clear how to proceed. If you do have any questions, the exchange group is there. All questions are answered there promptly. I could write hundreds of pages, but I'll keep it short: simply MEGA and thank you very much! I recommend it 100%!

I have already booked many courses with Anja Hecht, they were all top! 😊
Except the pseudo fat course has unfortunately brought me nothing, I'm really disappointed and at the price 😚, so I can unfortunately not recommend it.

There was also no telegram group where you could have exchanged, would have been useful.
I felt the 1, time left alone.
Sorry Anja, am otherwise a fan of yours, because everything else has worked great, except for this course.

I have a "normal" vaccination on the program and through the vaccination course I have been encouraged in my decision to postpone the appointment and first to strengthen my immune system and to get my dental infections under control. Thank you, Anja :-) You have really given me more security with your many tips for the vaccination support. It feels so good to know that there is someone you can rely on. After the intensive course, I've been without thyroxine tablets for a year, last week after the blood draw still super values 👌🏽. Without the course I would never have made it. This investment has definitely paid off!!!

Anja Hecht hat ein unglaubliches Wissen über das Zusammenspiel des Immunsystems und der Hormone im Körper. Bin fast alle Hashimoto-Symptome los geworden und fühle mich so viel besser. Zur Gesundung haben vorallem auch diverse Unterbewusstseins-Kurse beigetragen. Tolle Impulse, wertvolle Tipps und es das Bewusstsein wird mit verschiedenen Methoden trainiert. Hier erfahre ich einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz von Körper und Seele auf eine wunderbare, einladende, einfühlsame und unaufgeregte Art, die mich sehr anspricht. Danke Anja, wie Du Leben bewegst zu mehr Leichtigkeit und Freude!

Ich empfehle Anja Hecht an alle Hashimoto Betroffene weiter, die ich kenne.
Ich habe fast 18 Jahre lang Hashimoto verdrängt, weil ich den Ärzten vertraut habe.
Ich muss selber tätig werden um mein Leben glücklich zu gestalten.
Hashimoto beeinflusst mein Leben sehr und ich hätte mir körperlich vieles ersparen können..

There was a lot of important information and good tips that are easy to implement. I finally have clarity about so many things that no doctor addresses or deals with.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't ask questions after each lesson. Or have a short dialog with Anja or the team.
