I would like to warmly recommend Mr. Rjeschni. He gave us excellent support with our real estate loan. We particularly appreciated the fact that he was always available and patiently answered all our questions. It was reassuring to be able to call him at any time, which gave us great confidence. As we are new to Germany, he also explained the ins and outs of the real estate market to us in an understandable way. It was clear that he was as committed to our request as if it were his own real estate purchase. We are very satisfied and can only recommend him!

I wrote this letter and received no reply.
Dear Sir or Madam Mrs. Polacy took over the mediation for us for a loan mediation shortly before Christmas and we sent her all the documents to check in the meantime Mrs. Polacy had been on vacation and then wanted to contact us immediately afterwards, but she did not do so until we had written to her on WhatsApp she called me on 09 01.24 at noon but the connection was very bad I was just in the car and asked her to call me half an hour later she replied that I should call her then which I did 30 minutes later but Mrs. Polacy did not answer the phone anymore I tried it on WhatsApp after 3 times ringing it was pushed off that was the last thing I heard from her and we don't know why she doesn't answer anymore and she has all the documents she asked us for.I would be grateful if you could clarify this, but we personally don't want any more contact with Ms. Polacy because this is not the way to do business. The credit brokerage is in the name of Melanie Kalinowski and Pierre Kalinowski. With kind regards H.Rupp

Mrs. Schmidt is always available 24/7. Whether on vacation, cold or weekend. No matter how many questions you had and how stupid they were, Mrs. Schmidt always answered them. She is a professional but with heart! There is no "that won't work" or "that won't work" in your vocabulary!
The real estate search is a very nerve-wracking business and we had sometimes lost hope but Mrs. Schmidt has always encouraged us with her professional and warm manner.
I can recommend Mrs. Schmidt to anyone who wants to take advantage of financing. With her you are in the best hands.
