We sold our apartment with Bavaria Wertimmobilien. We were very happy that the initial property valuation turned out so high and the price was also achievable in the end, without discount. We really liked the exposé with the drone footage and video. Our realtor was always available to us and responded quickly. Very detailed and individual advice. Mr. Fürbeck was able to increase the value of our property before the sale through targeted measures and the procurement of craftsmen. The sale itself went quickly and the exposé was very appealing, including drone video. Thank you very much!
