We ordered a PFA for a customer's event. From order processing to delivery and pickup of the technology, everything worked great.
Unfortunately, the quality of the headphones was not convincing. Some of them fell apart either directly after unpacking or when putting them on at the event. Fortunately, however, enough were included as a reserve.
It was also a pity that we - even after telephone inquiry - after order confirmation no invoice with the 3% discount for prepayment was sent.
