Claas uses a mixed approach of going old school teaching with pen and paper, learning by practicing on some real and hands-on, by digital means, and also by pouring his real life insights into the course. It makes learning fun as well as easy to relate to. :)

Mr. Eylers made the training very interactive, so that you could apply a lot of what you learned directly and the training was generally a lot of fun.

The training covered essential theoretical content of classic project management. Nevertheless, the focus was always on a practical explanation based on personal experience and practical examples. This helped to better internalize the content and keep the event interesting. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants to further their education in this area.

I particularly liked his ease in approaching things systematically and moving them forward. He took away my "fear" of project management. We learned basic things and methods in project management that are also ideal for use outside of projects. He is also a very likeable person and it was a great group. We would love to do it again!

Good mix of theory and practice. I also found the excel sheets great, which you can use directly for your own work. I also think it's important to do the last day 100% in person. The day was my personal highlight because you could interact with the participants in a completely different way.

Excellent training in the area of project management, I particularly liked the didactic preparation and the dynamic adaptation to the pace of the group. I also found the anecdotes illustrating real-life scenarios extremely helpful alongside the theoretical material

I attended a 4-day project management training course as an online seminar. Mr. Eylers managed to convey the extensive topics to all participants in a structured and detailed manner. Both professionally and personally, each of the four seminar days was characterized by new knowledge and practical application blocks. By introducing company-specific content, the seminar also introduced tools and methods that ensure a high level of learning success and the applicability of the course content in practice. I can definitely recommend Mr. Eylers professionally, methodically and personally.

I attended the "Project Management Compact" training course with Claas Eylers and I have to say that I have rarely or never attended such an entertaining and good training course. The four days were packed with all the important topics relating to project management. Claas Eylers conveyed the content very well and backed it up with lots of practical examples and exercises. Particularly noteworthy are the many 'real-life' tips and tools that Claas Eylers brings from his many years of personal experience in the project business. No specialist book can offer you that! I really wanted to apply what I had learned and develop personally and professionally. I hope this was not my last training course with him!

Claas is an exceptionally experienced teacher who adeptly explains challenging topics in a proportionate and entertaining manner. The training atmosphere remained joyful throughout, even with the intensity, and the group consistently maintained high motivation levels, keeping the energy vibrant. Thoughtful breaks were seamlessly integrated, tasks were consistently inspiring, and the theoretical segments remained captivating. I felt well taken care of and supported throughout the training.

The online format of the course was also very successful. There was definitely a thread running through the event and the selection of topics was sensibly coordinated - yet there was still enough time for questions and/or experiences on the part of the participants in addition to the agenda. All in all very interactive, entertaining and recommendable!

Professionally and socially competent. Entertaining training, good mix between theory and practice. Good application and mastery of online techniques.
