Das Schlüsselerlebnis war, dass ich nach dem vollwertigen und gesundem Essen in den Pausen des Seminars abends gar keinen Hunger mehr auf das Abendessen hatte, also endlich mal ein langes Sättigungsgefühl hatte.

Recommendation
It would have been good if the seminar had taken place in the hotel itself, so that you don't lose so much time in city traffic and can start the seminar feeling relaxed.
The catering during the breaks at the venue gave us the feeling that we had been forgotten. The catering works much better at the hotel.
The seminar itself was very good, very helpful and informative. The terminology was explained very well and led to conclusions about causes and ways of solving problems.
The relaxation exercises were also helpful in loosening up the participants during the seminar and showing them ways to relax in stressful situations.
All in all, the seminar delivered what was promised.
