I really have to say that feopye GmbH really helped me with my PV system. I had no idea how it would work with the registration and so on, but they really took care of it. Everything was really easy, I hardly had to do anything myself. Super nice team, really helpful and always available when I had questions. I am completely satisfied with the support I received from Feopye GmbH when registering my PV system. The entire process was uncomplicated and handled very professionally. I was particularly impressed by the friendly customer service, which patiently answered all my questions and gave me competent advice. The documents were processed quickly and completely, so I didn't have to worry about anything else. A big compliment to the team - this is how service should always be! I am very satisfied with the service when registering our PV system. The electrician took a close look at the system and carefully ensured that everything was working smoothly before the registration was carried out. His professionalism and care meant that the whole process was well looked after from the start. The registration itself went quickly and smoothly. I recently used the service to register my new photovoltaic system and was very satisfied overall. Support and advice during the registration process were very good. The team was very competent and explained all the steps well, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

A particular plus point was the proactive communication and fast processing of my documents. The team was always available and responded quickly to my inquiries. Also, value for money for this service is very good and I am glad that I opted for this service.

However, the reason why I deducted one star is due to the energy supply company (EVU). Despite good support from the registration service, the process at EVU took a long time. It took a long time until all the formalities were clarified and the system could finally be connected to the grid.

Overall, however, I am very satisfied with the registration service for my photovoltaic system and can highly recommend this service. If EVU made the registration process better, it would be perfect!
