I am more than satisfied with Health Travels. In preparation for my hair transplant, I looked into several providers and I never had such a good feeling as I did here. The good feeling was confirmed: I found the entire process, including preparation and travel, to be very well organized. The staff at Health Travels are very professional, attentive and sociable. The doctor of my choice, Dr. Sahinoglu, was also top class. The highest level of craftsmanship and humanity. I would like to thank him for this great experience and, in view of the first visible results, I am looking forward positively to the coming months. Thanks to the Health Travels team and especially to Clemens, with whom I was mainly in contact.

Super friendly contact right from the start. They quickly found a suitable appointment for me and then we started straight away. I was picked up directly from the airport and taken by VIP shuttle to the hotel, which is right next to the clinic. During the preliminary consultation, a supervisor is on site who also interprets. I always felt that I was in safe hands and that I wasn't being rushed through like in the mass clinics. I would gladly come back again.

My contact person from health travels was there for me around the clock and answered every little question I had (When can you wear a cap? What is the best way to sleep so that the transplanted area remains undamaged).

I had a great experience with my contact person - he does his job very well and I felt very well looked after. I decided to have treatment with their partner doctor Dr Gur. Again, I can only speak positively about the doctor. He took my wishes into consideration and of course incorporated his expertise to achieve a natural and long lasting result.

On the way home from the airport, I was approached by an interested stranger who asked me who I had seen for the procedure and what I thought of it.

I answered him and give you dear readers the same answer:

"It was great, everything from the planning to the surgery. I would go there again for treatment."

There was very good communication with Mr. Weber in advance. The procedure was discussed in detail. The German-speaking supervisor, Mr. Ergürsel, then provided very good support on site.
The procedure was performed by Dr. Gür. Nice and good care on site here too. After the transplant, Mr. Weber and his team are still available to answer any questions. I am very satisfied so far and can highly recommend Health Travels.

Everything was to my complete satisfaction. Pick-up from the airport, hotel stay, transportation hotel/clinic/airport etc.
Friendly, competent German-speaking support on site and of course the excellent medical treatment from the entire team at the Veni Vidi Göz eye clinic. I was/am highly satisfied with the overall offer and the all-inclusive concept, as well as with the current result of the lens operation. Istanbul is of course always worth a visit! All in all, a well-rounded experience with a top end result. No complaints and generally highly recommended! I would be happy to come back!

First of all, I used the services of Health Travels for a lens operation.
I was very satisfied with the professional work of Mr. Weber. From the initial contact to the organization of the operation with everything that goes with it. And Adem, who is also part of the Health Travels team, was on site. He was responsible for translating, answering questions that arose spontaneously and reassuring me. A super guy. If you want to have an individual and serious HT, Health Travels is the right address. From the initial consultation to well beyond the HT, I feel that I am in excellent hands. Highly professional consultants who are available quickly and competently for questions and concerns. My procedure took place in person with Dr. Sahinoglu in March 2024. Professional and friendly contact before the procedure. As far as can be judged so far, the procedure with Dr. Gür went very well. The long-term result remains to be seen (currently 1 month has passed since the procedure), but optimism seems appropriate. No unrealistic promises are made and the doctor seems to be concerned with a visually plausible and lasting result. The pre- and post-operative information provided by Health Travels was comprehensive and helpful. All in all, I can recommend them without reservation.
