Recommendation
Our system has been running stably since the end of July 23. Less than 2 months from consultation to implementation! All craftsmen top! Very clean work! The system's performance puts a smile on my face every day! Even in January 24 we produced a good 100 kW with our 10 KW/p. Homenergy anytime again! 5 stars ⭐️ plus!

In contrast to other companies that I had already contacted, I received excellent advice from Homenergy from the very first conversation. The customer service staff always answered all my questions competently, in a friendly manner and in a way that was understandable for a person with no specialist knowledge. My photovoltaic system was already connected to the grid when one of the other companies wanted to have the first consultation with me - in less than a month everything was done, from the offer, the scheduled delivery of all parts and the craftsmen who processed them professionally, including the connection by the grid operator. I would like to thank the customer service team for their friendly support at all times and the tradesmen for their excellent work.
!!!!!! I CAN FULLY RECOMMEND HOMENERGY IN EVERY RESPECT !!!!!!

You felt comfortable right from the start. There were no negative surprises when it came to the price. Everything was handled as discussed. You could reach them easily and even if you couldn't reach them, they called you back in a short time. Appointments were always kept. We are very happy with the installation. I would work with Homenergy again at any time.

Good advice - also with regard to the fact that certain ideas are not appropriate in individual cases and would be better realized at a later date. Incredibly fast delivery of the components and fast, clean and prompt assembly and installation of the system. A special bonus is that the registration of the system etc. is carried out by Homenergy. Permanent support from the company and a quick response to queries are just as much a feature of the company as the fair pricing. It can be cheaper - but not better.

Mr. Larch's advice was very competent, highly professional and absolutely pleasant.
Installation was carried out very quickly after the order was placed. All the work was carried out very cleanly. All the workers were very nice and competent. Especially during the final assembly.
The customer service was very good with regard to all arrangements.

We are very satisfied and are looking forward to the time with more sun!

Of the six providers, we chose the offer from Homenergy because it simply suited us. From the professional advice provided by Mr. Kunze, the components offered, the quick installation of the modules - within eight hours - the connection of the storage units and the inverter as well as the availability of our consultant and the staff in the customer center by telephone, everything was to our satisfaction. There were no delays, the deadlines were met and the components were delivered on time before the start of construction. Homenergy is absolutely trustworthy and can be recommended to anyone who wants to purchase a PV system. Our wishes were also taken into account and implemented during the construction phase. It is important for all future PV operators that the electrical house system must be earthed. This work was carried out by a local electrical company. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with Homenergy's performance (price/performance) and the quality of the respective components. The Heckel family

I had inquired about three other solar companies. But before I could even get an initial consultation, the Homenergy system was already on the roof.
Everything went very quickly, on-site and delivery deadlines were met. The customer service helps promptly even with unusual questions or problems and is always friendly and patient.

On-site consultation was excellent, as was the work of the roof installation team and the electrical installation: expert, reliable and conscientious. There was a small hitch in the invoicing (incorrect data was used), but this was resolved with a short phone call. I can definitely recommend Homenergy.

We are absolutely surprised how quickly and smoothly everything has worked so far. After placing the order, the modules were already mounted on the roof within 2 weeks. The installers have worked through despite really bad weather and were very friendly. The next appointments came automatically immediately afterwards. Our account manager, Tobias Rumann, was always available for us, advised us absolutely competently and what we liked most of all was that we received our offer directly at the table during our first conversation. He was also able to calculate right away how much KW power we could expect. We have already recommended him several times. Our neighbors and friends could hardly believe how smoothly everything went so far. We didn't have to worry about any applications or letters. Everything went like clockwork. Here service is really still capitalized. We will gladly recommend Homeenergy!!!
