The training helped me to look at and question my own patterns and behaviors. Interesting questions were asked and food for thought was provided. I was also able to take away tools that I can use in my everyday life.

Perhaps not everything can be implemented 1:1 depending on the industry and working environment
I was able to take something useful from each module and incorporate it into my day-to-day work.
However, I didn't have enough time between the modules to study the topics in depth. I still need to work on that.
I had a very good experience with the lecturers, lecturers with practical experience. They make you feel that they enjoy imparting their knowledge to people
Both the individual coaching and the team coaching were very good in terms of content, the structure and execution were nice and entertaining. The location in the loft without air conditioning at over 30 degrees was not ideal. But with lots of breaks and plenty of drinks, we were able to cope well.
An excellent management workshop as part of our retreat.
Professional, focused on the problem areas of managers, extraordinarily informative, lively and presented in a rousing way with practical examples.

I never attended similar workshops and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I really liked the used methods of learning and also experience and ideas exchange tools that we engaged in. There were so much practical outputs to take and implement in day to day life, and not just work life and leadership role within, but also to personal life. It was just so insightful.
The coaches were great and supportive, but also so fun to work with.
