After discovering water pooling in our basement we contacted Kwaja Waterproofing to determine where it was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it. After rolling back some carpet and opening up a few walls, the installation of a sump pump was recommended. To install the sump pump the work team removed concrete on the inside of the foundation, dug a trench, and then replaced the concrete. Throughout the process we found staff to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. We especially appreciated their quick response and the ability to assess the issue both efficiently and effectively. We are extremely happy with the results and look forward to a permanently dry basement.

They were quick to reply and give an assessment. The scheduled the work and gave me updates for my calendar for changes. They did work on my crawl space which included concrete forms and installation of support beams, concrete patches, fixed undermined foundation areas and moisture barrier the entire crawl space. They’re a small business that’s quite efficient and hard working. Very pleased.
