Matthias coached and consulted me over the course of 4 months. When we started I wasn't really in the position to start with a new coaching bc I just finished with 2 other coachings and I didn't want any more.. Soon we figured out what the real struggle was: I wasn't being coached individually but rather thrown into a bigger group session. So they weren't really efficient for me. From the moment we started, he always knew where my real sturggles were (almost never where I assumed them to be :D). This way we could work on what was most important asap and so he helped me to get out of my own way a lot of times. He also believed in me more than other people did and always made me feel good with what I do right now, not judging me or anything. He showed me the potential that was hiding inside me and thru our sessions he unleashed it, making me feel way more powerful than before. Never dry or dull, always with a good portion of Matthias' humor. Thanks a lot, I can absolutely recommend Matthias' coaching.

Ich hab Matthias zuerst im Businesskontext kennen gelernt und aus dem aus dem Business wurde richtig schnell eine Freundschaft. Heute kenn ich ihn seit knapp 2 Jahren und in der Zeit hat er mir immer wieder super coole Marketing Tipps gegeben, die immer relativ simpel waren, aber total genial und sofort umsetzbar.
