15 years after our foundation, we, Finanzberatung Münster, have completely realigned our business model with Peter's Mission Service - support, retaining all the existing good things and, with the introduction of service concepts, creating THE contemporary, client- and advisor-oriented and, in our view, financial market-revolutionizing tool in order to be positioned for the future.

All of this within a completely structured system that is virtually served on a silver platter - starting with regular online coaching for our mindset, through concept creation with prepared applications (presentations, marketing, Mission Service network partners for us and our clients, legally compliant service contract templates, etc., etc.).

The success is measurable - in the form of implementation rates (currently 60% of all clients approached have opted for a service concept), a high level of satisfaction on both sides and monetary development.

Getting something like this off the ground alone would have been a project that would have taken years, probably even impossible alongside day-to-day business.

I got to know Peter from Mission Service through a recommendation and until then I couldn't imagine that you could earn money with service packages or, in general, where the added value for the customer would lie. After the first call with Peter, everything clicked immediately. He presented me with a concept that takes the complete insurance consultation to a higher level and offers the customer exactly this added value with clever additional services, for which they are happy to pay! pays for. The concept also makes it possible to clarify all of the customer's and my expectations of the customer, so that even customers who opt for a free package cost less time. It's simply brilliantly thought out and I feel very comfortable with it.
I have emphasized my status with my customers and am no longer the insurance salesman, but the advisor at eye level in all situations. Of course, I was that before too, but only in relation to their insurance policies. My everyday life has also become easier as a result, I concentrate more on the "Gold" customers and have built in a clear prioritization of my tasks. It's also more fun to deal with customer concerns from customers who don't just bring in 40 euros BP a year, but several hundred euros.
Thanks to the weekly live calls, there is a constant exchange of experiences and the whole program is constantly being improved by Peter. This allows me to concentrate fully on my customers and Peter takes care of the future development and market adaptation of the service concept.
I also have completely new opportunities to do business with customers (especially entrepreneurs) that I didn't have before or spent a lot of time trying to get a foot in the door (unpaid).
I can contact Peter at any time with questions or experiences and it is a really good feeling when at least the ongoing fixed costs are covered by fixed income and the whole thing is cancellation-free.
I can therefore recommend this to all insurance brokers who don't want to look after thousands of customers or don't know how to get such a large number of customers. And who want to take their status with customers to a completely different level and stand out from the entire market of insurance advisors. This is something the customer has never seen before!

From my own experience I can recommend the Mission Sservice team 100% and admit to be surprised myself by the positive results.
In search of a "win win" situation for me and my customers, the desire for an income situation independent of closing commission has arisen in me.
