I have been a customer of My Care Friend for several months now, as I was looking for a home caregiver for my sick mother. I couldn't be happier with their service. From the beginning, the team was professional, attentive and dedicated to finding the perfect caregiver for our needs.

The initial contact and subsequent support from My Carefriend was pleasant, competent and absolutely reliable. However, when selecting applicants, I would like to see the claimed skills and experience of the caregivers questioned and checked. This applies to all areas. If a care contract is concluded, I consider it necessary and also relevant that there is a curriculum vitae of the person to be cared for. This should be made available to the supervisor in advance. In my opinion, this makes it easier to work together later and to create the necessary empathy and closeness.

My Care Friend is the second agency we have used to provide care for my mother. The contact with the agency is excellent. The team is always available, emails are answered immediately and you can get in touch by phone at any time. With our previous agency, it wasn't possible to get anyone on the phone. Everything was only possible by email.
Our caregiver is an angel and my mother is very happy. The agency keeps to all agreements. The price is okay, travel costs are included. Our previous agency was definitely more expensive. I am very satisfied and hope that we will be as lucky with the next caregiver. Many thanks to My Care Friend

Beware of this provider, caregivers are totally overwhelmed, are actually only unskilled domestic help, have good German skills required and we got a lady working with telephone translation, which is unserious and expensive paid.never again with this agency what I can only advise everyone.

I came here by chance. But already during the conversations with the representatives there is an amazing atmosphere. And the mother praises the caregiver so much that it is shocking! Bravo! Great job, you are really well organized. It's nice to work with you and I know that I can always count on a call to support and not be left alone with my problem.

The office is very helpful and responds to questions in a very short time and helps immediately when caregivers need to be replaced. Unfortunately, to start with My Care Friend, we had two caregivers that did not work and had to be replaced quickly. The third attempt worked. Therefore, only 3 out of 5 stars for quality. So if another caregiver with comparable quality to the current one is sent to us, we will continue with My Care Friend. I will then continue to share my experience here.

Good, Better, My Care Friend! After we had already had a mixed experience with another agency, I never thought that a change in our case could turn the tide so much. So far 2 different caregivers have been with my parents, one of them is now there for the 2nd time. Both ladies as well as the customer service work to our complete satisfaction and leave hardly any room for improvement. Clear cost structure, very great caregivers, a top service! Thank you My Care Friends! You have not only significantly improved the quality of life of the "caregivers", also the relatives are significantly relieved, because one can rely on you all.
