Unfortunately, the 2nd thermometer supplied also has a measuring error of more than 50grd at 200°C.
As the temperature is what counts when grilling, I can only rate the otherwise solid grill as "Poor".

When there was a small hitch during assembly, the colleagues from Ofen.de helped very quickly by phone and then everything was simple.

I ordered the Pit Boss Navigator 1150.
There was a misunderstanding on the part of the carrier during delivery, but the smoker was first class.
From the packaging to the assembly instructions, everything went smoothly and was clearly explained.
The customer service is commendable, absolutely helpful and completely uncomplicated, responds quickly and deals with problems immediately.
I'm really looking forward to my first smoker

Price performance, competence and service super!
After last year's fiasco with another dealer (Pelettofen ordered, then months long delivery delay and then after 5 months "the stove is no longer available 😡) I was very skeptical about ordering again on the Internet, but the many positive reviews of "Ofen.de" have convinced me and I was not disappointed, the ordered pellet stove was delivered on time the quality of the device corresponds exactly to the description, so from me a 100% recommendation of "Ofen.de"

The subsequently ordered stove pipes arrived at the same time as the stove with us, also there the quality as described.

The service is very good, as it was always quickly accessible by phone. Open questions were always answered satisfactorily.
The delivery time was unfortunately -as with other manufacturers also- very long. However, this is not due to Ofen.de.
I would also like to emphasize - contrary to the many negative opinions - the transport company Schenker! The delivery has worked excellently. The furnace was driven at my request with a small obolus through a very narrow gate to the front door. That was great!

When ordering 195628, it was stated that the carrier would communicate the delivery time in advance to a specified phone number. This was not observed - only by chance the goods could be accepted by a third party. This must be improved.
