In my case, it was about installing a PV system with battery storage and emergency power function. During the planning and execution, it became clear that Pletzinger has a relatively young team working for them who are really up for the job and don't just want to spackle a few things on the wall and then write an invoice. The planning was not super difficult for me, the installation was rather unusual - the specialists on site took account of the structural conditions and worked carefully and sensibly, also with regard to the requirements of subsequent trades.
Overall, I would commission them again. Yes, the price was in the upper third of the quotes we received, but an old boss of mine once said "premium prices for premium products" and that applies here. I had a few questions about my own conversions quite a while after commissioning, which were actually outside the scope of the support obligation, and everything was answered promptly and without any problems. This, and the fact that the technicians obviously had a little more knowledge of the components than a two-day training course from the manufacturer, made the whole operation worthwhile in the truest sense of the word.
