I contacted the support team regarding a price/subscription question.
After a very short wait, I was put through to a friendly member of staff who was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Even the fact that we had a slight misunderstanding about the range of functions was not a problem in retrospect!
As a gesture of goodwill, the decision was made in my favor,
I am positively surprised and very enthusiastic!
Originally, a change of tool was on the agenda for cost reasons.
With an individual solution and the excellent service, I have revised my decision and look forward to continuing to use ProvenExpert.
