Without any specific expectations but with a large portion of curiosity, we were allowed to take part in a leadership seminar by Katrhin Renée with a total of 7 people.
What can I say? At last a workshop that really drew everyone out of the "reserve" and encouraged them to get involved in something new.
The trusting atmosphere and Kathrin's empathetic manner made it very easy for us participants to open up and put our everyday working lives to one side. The two days were extremely intensive and exhausting, but worth every minute! I learned a lot about myself, but also about my colleagues at work. There are always moments when I want to fall back into "old" patterns, but then I'm allowed to put some of what I've learned into practice and have to smile ;-)
I can only say a big recommendation! An enrichment for companies that want to challenge and develop their employees in a different way, but also of huge benefit for private use.
Once again, a BIG THANK YOU to you dear Kathrin for the 2 days with you and your team (not forgetting the good food!) at Queens Ranch!

Many thanks dear Kathrin & Rebekka for 1.5 days of a different kind of workshop! It was one of the most informative workshops/trainings I have ever attended, both professionally and personally. Full of inspiration from you as a person and from the horses as a mirror of my personality, I have put together my "package" and I definitely want to continue perfecting and pursuing it (with you).
