Note:
The group was very heterogeneous in terms of prior knowledge. It may not be possible to follow this seminar very well without any prior knowledge of the BetrVG. For "experienced" definitely a profitable seminar.

The seminar as a whole was very rich in content. However, almost every constellation was presented/discussed using the example of the existence of a works council. As we don't have one, large parts of the seminar were uninteresting for me and it wasn't always clear how to proceed if there is no works council.

On the first day I had IT problems and could not see the lecturer or the participants, so I would recommend another tool, otherwise everything was great.
Maybe even shorter but 2 breaks of 10 minutes each

The instructor on the first day was very good, on the second day the quality of the connection was unfortunately poor and the instructor was not as good as on the first day. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the event on the second day due to a malfunction and was unable to attend until the end.
