On 10.04.2023, I concluded a contract for the installation of a PV system. Contrary to the planning, the modules were installed on the roof several times without authorization. The system was finally connected at the end of April 2024. This also required several deployments until it was running smoothly. To this day, the system has still not been registered with the grid operator. A credit note for the now 13.5-month delay in fulfilling the contract was announced on 17.06.2024 - but has still not been issued. The company can neither be reached by phone nor does it answer the numerous emails that have been sent in the meantime. A legal dispute seems unavoidable.

The sales meeting (August 2023) was very good and the technology (ENPHASE) was interesting.
The first delivery and the invoice (September 2023) were on time. The installation of the delivered modules was then unfortunately already considerably behind schedule (end of November 2023).
Since then only problems with an incompetent company and even worse customer service.
Since February 2024, I have been trying to get weekly feedback on the system configuration and further processing or completion of the system. Requests for payment continue to come regularly.
=> Not recommended!

I am very satisfied with the advice from Mr. Grape and the handling of the Solarhyp company. The installation was quick and clean and Mr. Grape and the office staff were always available if I had any questions. I was particularly impressed by the micro inverters from Enphase, which really impressed me with their high electricity yield.

This company started the installation on our roof before June 2023 since then still nothing works

I am very satisfied with Mr. Grape's advice and support.
He supported us with all our concerns. My Enphase system was installed at the beginning of the month. It took about 10 weeks from completion to commissioning and grid registration. Even in March I am now almost completely independent. I and our wife can highly recommend Solarhyp, Enphase and Mr. Grape.

I signed a contract for a PV system with 10 KWp and a 10.5 KW battery at the beginning of June 2023. The advice I received on the phone and via video chat could definitely be described as competent.

After about 6 weeks, the Madule was installed. Hooray!

However, the installation of the batteries and the electrical connection took some time. First a company from Berlin contacted me and arranged an installation date, but nobody turned up. After asking on the phone, the person at the other end of the line didn't know what I was talking about. After time-consuming queries, a new appointment was made, but again nobody turned up.

After complaining to Solarhyp, another company from the local area was commissioned to carry out the installation of the batteries and the electrical system. Unfortunately, it was discovered at the end of the day that a connection had probably not been plugged in correctly when the modules were installed on the roof.

After repeated inquiries, the installation company came back twice more until the fault was found.

Back to the electrician, another 2 weeks of waiting.

On November 15, the system was actually completed and is generating its own electricity. However, it has not yet been fed into the grid.

According to the contract According to the contract, it was promised that if the system was not completed within 8 weeks, the electricity bill would be paid. I am still waiting for the credit note.

In December, when there was snow on the roof, I realized that the arrangement of the modules in the app cannot match the position of the modules on the roof. I opened a ticket and nothing happened.

In January, the system reports in the app that there is no communication with the batteries, ticket opened, nothing happens except terse replies asking for patience. Have now had 7 weeks of patience. Calls to the support hotline are answered with friendly promises, but nothing happens.

The system has not yet been accepted by the metering point operator either. At the moment I cannot say who is responsible for this. Queries to Solarhyp about the registration date and registration number could not be answered. The metering point operator in turn needs the registration number.

I still think Enphase's system with the micro inverters is excellent. There may be better providers for the installation.
