I went through the complete training of the Sportsbetting-academy, especially the live coaching I took part in for almost 2 years and I am very grateful that you could also watch the zoom recordings afterwards, so you could internalize what you had learned or forgotten.
As you once said, you can only show us the way, you have to walk it yourself, and once you have built up a broad knowledge or have more or less learned and internalized everything, the rest is just skills to make something out of it in the end.
In the end, I also opted for the safe way, I mean I sometimes gamble punther bets, but never (and I have firmly manifested this in me) with my own capital, but only with the money I have already earned from matchbetting and surebets. So let's say I've just made €50 from matchbetting, then I try to use the €50 to systematically create new money (this is where skills come into play) and then I use the newly created money to have an even greater advantage in matched and surebetting to increase my profits.
In the end I can say (and that's enough for me, because I'm still working) that with relatively little effort (about 3 hours a week) I make an average profit of €200 every month. Sometimes I'm below that (but I do less), but most of the time I'm above it. This month, especially because of the European Championships, it's particularly bad, I'm already at almost 500 profit.
In the end, I can say that anyone who has done and understood the training and is willing to invest the necessary time in the training (which can of course be different for everyone) can easily make 3000 euros a year with little effort, that was about my result of the last 365 days. Of course I know that more is possible with more effort, discipline and capital, but the way it is now, I think it is good and in this way I have also managed not to be limited with any bookmaker, which is also good because I also need the substance bookmakers to continue to make profits and concentrate more on, sounds strange, but it works, to create win-win so that they let me continue to play. It's like a kind of pyramid system that never completely falls over as long as the bookmakers continue to make odds mistakes, give out reload bonuses, freebets, etc. (because the basic capital has to come from somewhere), you can also play their junk to make them think I'm stupid. in the end you just have to put everything in relation to whether and how you play against and whether you end up in the plus or not, so of course I write everything down in a disciplined way.
As I said with the win win sounds strange and actually you should only think about your own "win" (and you can also see it as a trophy if you are limited, because in this context it means that you beat the bookmaker in the long run), but if you manage to win scrap odds at the BM, e.g. with a 10% margin, (e.g. with a 10% margin), then you can also win.For example, with a 10% margin (which of course you still try to keep small), (which of course goes completely against the motto, but you can do it as long as the money bet was previously won without risk), then the bookmaker has less of a problem paying out because he wins every bet anyway as long as the advantage is on his side.
Of course, I sometimes forgo higher winnings or sometimes make losses, but that's like a kind of promotion on my part that I'm nice and stupid and a good customer for them, but as long as I'm clearly in the plus at the end of the month, I don't care. and if he still hasn't blocked me and then gives me a 10 euro pity freebet again, I take it, for example. to play against another bookmaker with whom I recently played junk and this time try to put the value on my side with the freebet and my own exclusively won capital, and play with at least such good odds that the margin this time goes over to my side and is higher than that of the BM where I previously played the junk odds.So my aim is to create a symphony between exploiting mistakes and feigning mistakes in order to make a small profit anyway, so that they don't limit me straight away and think I'm a small fish, and I use the small profit I make to reinvest, and the rest is done by the compound interest effect.
It's not that difficult, but if you can do the math and have understood how betfair or orbit works during your training, you'll also understand how it's possible that the BM ultimately only ever has to play against itself in order to always win.
At the beginning of my training I was still so naive and thought the BM was using his advantage from his margin with a second provider :)
Today, almost 2 years later, I only really understand that he doesn't have to:)
At the end of the day, he only needs so much equity capital that he can serve the customers' bets and always pays out less than he takes in. it's really a mess when you see some odds (and I don't mean live shortly before the end of the game where the margin is really high) where there's already a 30% margin and the customer is harassed even if he has a few % plus ev in his odds.
Anyway, that's my hobbyhorse how I generate profits, you also learn different strategies here how to secure an advantage, I do it this way, others do it differently, but the most important thing is that you have a mathematical advantage, at least in summary, otherwise it makes no sense in the long term because then you're just giving your money away to the betting providers, unless you have such a big knowledge advantage that you can beat them that way, but it's usually the case that the BM also have the knowledge and it's priced into the odds anyway.
So if you want to win permanently purely on faith and knowledge, you only have a chance on the betting exchange.I also know people from my own environment who are really good gut feeling players and make more money than I do through their football knowledge alone and who I also believe have the potential, but they usually only talk about their winnings and not about their losses and even if they are ahead, I just can't understand why they then bet at bwin and Co instead of on an exchange where the odds are amazingly higher, nobody always believes me and they don't even have an advantage but from then on they are considered fair.
Finally, I would like to thank you personally ❤️ for the fact that the training exists at all and that you have shared the knowledge you have acquired over decades and for all the content you have provided to your customers, including me, in a factual and friendly manner. coaching has definitely been worthwhile for me, not only financially, but also in general when it comes to making decisions or what views you have on certain things.
Best regards
Marcus
