To summarize: I'm really easy to get excited about, but Tim and his personal training really took it up a notch. I am completely satisfied with the results. Pain is no longer an overriding issue and we are now working on completely different topics. I met Tim at the beginning of 2018, before the coronavirus period. It didn't take long to get to know him and arrange an initial consultation, and we met at my home. The goals were quickly set and Tim impressed me right from the first appointment. The dedication with which he tested my "condition" in detail and was able to find out exactly what was causing my pain was amazing. We quickly identified my weak points and set training goals. In the days and weeks that followed, we trained up to three times a week. I improved from week to week in my areas of weakness and could really feel how I had more energy and felt less and less pain. At the time, I was suffering from severe back pain due to a slipped disc. I was also very overweight and therefore had other joint pain, such as knee pain. When we started training together for about six months, almost everything disappeared. It was as if I had never had any pain. She really is in a class of her own. We just kept going and developed new goals and training content. Then Corona came up and we had to interrupt the whole thing, but we quickly found a way to do the whole thing online, via Whatsapp Call,m or Zoom/teams meeting. That was just as great as live. There was no other way back then. We now regularly do two sessions live on site at my home and one training session online, as I wouldn't have been able to do it any other way that day. Tim is simply great! I can't thank him enough and look forward to more training sessions!
