Frau Sousa war immer - auch kurzfristig - erreichbar und hat jeden Termin möglich gemacht. Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisches finden will, dann sind das technische Details am Haus. Aber auch dann hat sie sich umgehend um Klärung gekümmert.
