Travelhouse Reisegepäck

I bought a small and a large suitcase from Travelhouse and am absolutely satisfied! The quality of the suitcases is excellent - robust, well-made and perfect for any trip. I was particularly impressed by the first-class customer service: feedback comes extremely quickly and the company is very accommodating and solution-oriented. It's rare to experience such dedicated service. I will definitely be shopping at Travelhouse again and can only recommend it to anyone!

I have 3 Oslo L aluminum cases from Travelhouse. A defect occurred in one of them. After contacting Travelhouse, the case was replaced with a new one.
Another defect 2 years later. Here too, the complaint was dealt with quickly and with a new case.
Travelhouse is 100% reliable and recommendable!!! I would buy again in a heartbeat.
Therefore 5 stars !!!!!

While looking for a new suitcase for longer trips, I came across the suitcase series "London" from Travelhouse (here: size L 75cm) (which was also very positively reviewed in a test report). And I have to say: the suitcase met my expectations. Visually, it is based on the much more expensive competitor from Rimowa - so it looks very "chic" and the interior is also full of surprises: two clip-on "intermediate shelves" with generous mesh pockets and a removable clothes hanger with clothes bag complete the very generous amount of space for this size (108 l according to the manufacturer). The case has a polycarbonate hard shell, which makes a very robust impression, and an aluminum frame, so it should survive the odd flight. It is locked with three snap locks, two of which are TSA combination locks.
Unfortunately, one of the four double castor wheels was damaged during the first flight. But I have to praise Travelhouse for their fast and unbureaucratic service, which immediately sent me a new replacement wheel to assemble myself ... and the problem was solved.
In short: I am very satisfied with the product, as it offers great value for money, especially in comparison with much more expensive competitors. Especially when you consider the outstanding service provided by Travelhouse.
An absolute recommendation!

The wheel of our suitcase fell off during the flight. Travelhouse Shop replaced it completely free of charge.

I had a complaint and therefore returned the case. Although DPD had obviously sent the return somewhere else, I was refunded the purchase price without much fuss. Very fair, very simple :-). If I were to buy a suitcase again, it would be from Travelhouse.

On the first trip, a roll was torn off the suitcase. A replacement was delivered to me without any complications.

We bought the London suitcase set a few years ago and have made several trips by plane and train. The suitcases are sturdy, beautiful and practical and cope well with the hard everyday life on the luggage conveyors.
Now one of the locks has broken off because I accidentally kicked it off. When I phoned Travelhouse, I received competent and very friendly advice and the replacement lock was delivered within three days.
Everything was fine, always happy to return.

Super service!!!!! My suitcase (London Sport-Trunk) was severely damaged during a flight (among other things, one handle was completely broken). I received a new handle quickly and FREE of charge (+ gift !!!!) via customer service!!! Great service!!!!!!

I love my case very much. An absolute recommendation. Looks good and is practical.
Unfortunately I broke a lock myself. Customer service (would have preferred 10 stars) was able to send me a new lock quickly and easily. I have now screwed it on and the case can be used again. Excellent customer service. Thank you very much.

I bought a small case in August and after 3 months all the wheels were worn out.
Therefore only 3 stars for quality.
When I asked about my complaint, I was told that my suitcase would be completely replaced.
This is really great customer service, which is why I am happy to recommend Travelhouse.
