From start to finish, the quality of the content and Ursula's delivery were top-notch. I took part in the training "Successful Negotiation". The tactics and approaches taught were realistic and practicable, and were consolidated directly in exercises after the theoretical units. Afterwards there was an analysis & feedback. I would recommend Ursula without hesitation.

Thanks to very good presentation soft skills, it was no problem to follow the content throughout the day. All participants are addressed and actively involved.
