An extremely friendly, in a pleasant way personal contact, clearly structured and informative, easy to understand the information on the offers prepared, in addition with the (in my case!!) necessary emphasis very charming reminded of dates, so that I can not miss it. In my opinion, the evaluation of the available offers was very fair and not purely conclusion-oriented, but customer-oriented. I think it is a pity that a competitor offer so much better conditions for my case, because I felt in good hands all around and would have gladly made the deal with Mr. Flieger with less financial difference! Mr. Flieger really takes his time. Since he advises independently of an insurance company, the customer gets what he really needs, not what Mr.Flieger needs. Even after the conclusion he stays on the ball, gets in touch if something needs to be changed. I had a claim where he was instrumental in making sure everything was handled well. I am really very satisfied.

He has a very nice human manner and at the same time is very professional and businesslike. In the course of more than 12 years I have used his advice several times regarding different insurance matters and every time he was the same: very nice, professional and businesslike. He is not a magician, but he always tried to get the best for his clients. I trust him and would be very happy to recommend him.
