I thought that the lessons will start at a more advanced level. The whole morning was explaining general masks (that are well known by regular users of microsoft office). Perhaps it can be mentioned that the lessons are starting at really beginner level. (that would be helpful).
Furthermore it would be really helpful if all participants had known that they have to use ChatGPT at their computer. We spend 30-60 minutes to try fixing the issues for two participants to sign in the ChatCPT. They should do it in advance and check with their IT department if something isn`t work. The trainer was really nice and competent. For me personal the "advanced" information could have been compressed to 2-3 hours. (and enlarged)

The entire interaction with the Wbildung Akademie GmbH team, whether in the run-up to or during the assistance days themselves, was competent, cordial and courteous. An excellent format, where I was able to put together the workshops myself in order to get the most out of three days of training. The seminars and courses offered were not only instructive and of high quality, but also a real experience. The team imparts knowledge in a practical, lively and sustainable way.

We work with Microsoft Teams. Zoom events will no longer be supported in the future.

I would have liked the documents in advance. - Or more time. In the short time available, it wasn't possible to go through the slides in detail and ask the relevant questions.
