We received comprehensive advice from Mr. Michels, but then commissioned a competitor because of a price advantage...unfortunately. The system was installed after 14 months (5 legal letters, no response from the company). We have recommended Enerix to several neighbors, who are all very satisfied (time from order to completion sometimes 6 weeks!!!)

The company in question filed for insolvency last week, and the ones who have suffered are the customers who have not yet been supplied. There has never been anything comparable at any of the 115 enerix locations.

Mr. Singh's advice and planning for the photovoltaic system was professional and courteous. All my questions about the construction and operation as well as the economic viability of a self-supply of electricity were dealt with in detail. Unfortunately, it was not possible to demonstrate profitability within the planned timeframe and therefore no order could be placed.

Very good experience, right from the start with the initial contact by Mr. Michels as well as during the installation. The electrician in particular is a real specialist who works extremely cleanly and competently.
A plus with an asterisk for the overall project. The components installed, from the panels to the storage tank, are almost unbeatable in comparison.

In June 2023, we commissioned Enerix Bielefeld to install a PV system with storage. Just five weeks later, the modules were on the roof. Everything was carried out smoothly and on time by the nice and competent employees. From the beginning and also afterwards, if we had any questions, we could always ask the consultants or the office staff and received a competent answer that was understandable for laymen. We are very satisfied all around with the cooperation with Enerix and can only recommend them. Now we are happy about every hour of sunshine and the self-generated electricity.
We wish Enerix-Bielefeld continued success.

We ordered a photovoltaic system from a company in southern Germany in summer 22. The cooperation ended with the delivery and installation of the solar modules. After that, communication with the company broke down completely. It was neither by telephone nor by mail a connection possible. We then made use of our special right of termination.
For the completion we contacted enerix Bielefeld and described our problem to Mr. Michels. Mr. Michels was with us the next day to inspect the services provided so far and agreed to complete the system. The competence and the nice, personal conversation
with Mr. Michels impressed us very much and led to the immediate placing of the order. The system is now finished, also because of the competence and abilities of the employees, we confirm that
that placing the order with enerix Bielefeld was the best decision.

I have my PV system with 14.5 kwP plus 10kwH
storage from enerix.
The conception phase with the on-site appointment, up to the preparation of the offer went very quickly.
The system was then 3 months later on the roof and looks visually in all black very very classy.

I have already recommended enerix, top troop!

Very nice, competent advice from Mr. Michels. Queries were responded to quickly and
answered in detail.
The unagitated and obliging manner of Mr. Michels was important to us and was a decisive factor in our choice of Enerix.
The work on the roof and also the electrical connections in the basement were implemented cleanly and with good solutions.
We cannot yet say anything about the benefits, only time will tell.
A direct price-performance comparison is not possible for us due to different makes. However, we have a good feeling in this respect as well.

Mr. Michels and the team were always there to help us with words and deeds and gave us extremely competent advice. Mr. Michels was also available by phone and email and if you did not get him on the phone the first time, he called back very quickly and in a timely manner. Nowadays surely rather a rarity. The optimal system for our house was designed, all queries were answered very quickly and comprehensively.
The deadline specified in the quotation was met with absolute precision.
The craftsmen were very well coordinated teams, very friendly and competent. The project worked out great from the beginning to the end.
The support provided by Mr. Michels and his colleagues was outstanding!
