Appointments were postponed several times. When the fitter then arrived, he had to cancel after starting the work due to personal problems - this can of course happen. In the further course, appointments were again not made with reference to the excessive order acceptance on the part of Enerix. Despite asking myenergi (wallbox manufacturer) who could be considered as a certified fitter and their reference to Enerix, the instruction was inadequate. The majority of the instructions were self-read. A setting in the wallbox was set incorrectly, which is why the fuse blew during single-phase charging. The problem was solved again after a period of training.
When the invoice was issued, it was noticed that the gross price of the wallbox (RRP!) was stated as the net price and VAT was added on top. When asked, the following answers were given:
- we are paying more than the manufacturer's gross price
- that's their problem, they accepted the quote as it was
- if we don't take the money at this point, we would have to add it to the labor costs
Of course, I was also at fault in accepting the estimate, but the way I was treated as a customer left a lot to be desired.
Bottom line: Definitely not a recommendation.
