After a detailed on-site consultation, I was offered a system exactly according to my wishes and, above all, suitable for my roof. The installation was professional and any minor problems were solved immediately. I only had to wait a long time for the documentation.

The consultation went without complications and to our satisfaction. It was unfortunately not clear to us that the inverter and batteries are delivered only to the curb and it is then our problem how we get it into the house. The installers unfortunately spoke no German and an understanding was not mgl, but a good solution was found. The electricians were friendly and did a good job. The communication is sometimes a bit slow after paying the full amount. We are optimistic that this will be improved. I sgrsamt can recommend the company despite everything.

Thank you very much for your evaluation.
Your criticism is justified and was suboptimal. In the meantime, we have our own warehouse and deliver all components from this direct. Unfortunately, the construction of the warehouse was delayed last year due to material availability.
In the meantime, we are building with our own German-speaking specialists who no longer have this language barrier.
The material availability and the shortage of skilled workers has presented us with great challenges, but these have eased again.

Recommendation
Unfortunately, I have been waiting for a working storage for six months. Memory is permanently in conditioning mode and can only be used between 30% and 70%.
Multiple requests for repair / replacement / return and alternative offer is completely ignored.
Even 1 star is unfortunately too much. The sale and installation went smoothly with appropriate lead time.

We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with our service.
We also regret the situation that the manufacturer arbitrarily shut down the system and we are also in close exchange with him - and that with every customer.
Unfortunately, we as a dealer can not directly influence and change something in the programming of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer also offers each customer financial compensation for this failure. That's all we can do at the moment. When Audi's programming was "faulty", the local Audi dealer couldn't do anything about it either and had to wait for the new software.

I had also written you a message that you can call me personally and we can discuss the issue in more detail. Unfortunately, I have not yet heard from you. That you have written this review Anonymous, I can not call you on this unfortunately.
I hope that the plants run very soon again in 100% and you have again joy with your plant.

I am just thrilled ! Everything went quite quickly by today's standards. Despite supply chain problems and craftsmen shortage. Also the craftsman team that installed the elements on the roof was great. Also the two electricians who have connected the memory and everything were very good. Mr. Musholt advised me well and was always there for me when I had questions. I would always hire this company again when it comes to photovoltaics. Torsten K.

Very good advice and service from Mr. Musholt. Right from the first appointment on site, he impressed us with his high level of professionalism, not relying on simple cell phone photos of the roof but using a drone to produce very accurate views. He was also the only provider to accurately measure the solar radiation on the east and west sides of the roof. This made it possible to optimize the placement of the modules. The cloud model from Enerix/SENEC also seems to me to be the best in comparison with other providers. We ended up installing a 9.9 kWp system with battery storage. The subsequent order of a SENEC wallbox went smoothly and could be installed at the same time. The electrical work was carried out very professionally. Mr. Musholt responded very quickly to any queries or requests for appointments.
All in all, we are very satisfied.

We opted for a photovoltaic system in 2020.
We obtained several offers and spoke to several consultants.
We opted for Mr. Musholt from Enerix for his consulting services, expertise and value for money.
We have never regretted our decision. The planning, installation and follow-up work was professional, fast and to our complete satisfaction.
Even when specific questions arose afterwards (tax-related), they were always ready to listen. We can therefore only recommend Enerix and Mr. Musholt.

The competent, friendly and non-binding advice and also the better offer compared to competitors ultimately prompted us to build our photovoltaic system with Enerix. The offer was more detailed and the price was better. All agreements were kept and the system was professionally assembled and installed. There was also the flexibility to install one more module than agreed. All in all, a great investment. I am very satisfied. I would be happy to use them again at any time.
