I am very satisfied with Enerix so far. From the first contact (April 2022) to the first own produced kWh (August 2022) with the newly built PV system with about 12 kWp and 10 kWh storage, only about 4 months passed. Considering the current situation (energy crisis, pandemic, supply shortages, Ukraine war, flood of inquiries etc.) this is a remarkable achievement. I was well advised by Mr. Anzinger and Mr. Gabel, they were responsive to customer requests. The installation of the solar panels, storage, inverters, etc. went on schedule and smoothly. Minor defects were corrected asap and professionally. The official processing was also very pleasant for me as a customer.
The only open issue is the final documentation, but here, too, Enerix explained the reasons to me. Fortunately, I have so far had a smooth operation of my PV system including storage, so I can not make any statement about the service and support capabilities of Enerix, but I assume that they are just as professional. The plant runs since commissioning at the end of August 2022 absolutely trouble-free and produces so far more electricity than originally forecast - but is certainly also due to the mild and sunny weather.
The system is now to be expanded to include a wallbox; I requested an offer for this from Enerix and was assured of it.
In summary, I can recommend Enerix and its employees without hesitation. As a customer, however, you should also have the necessary patience, especially in these times. Top!

We first got to know each other through Mr. Debera, who initially made a good impression (salesman/manager). Unfortunately, the shot backfired. Deficiencies were not taken into account and the invoice (first a down payment then the final invoice) was issued before the work was completed. The defects were not yet done and I was threatened in the worst way with a lawyer and further steps.

Finally, Mr. Gerhard Gabel took over the matter. Our sunshine :). He canceled the invoice, removed the defects to our FULLEST SATISFACTION and gave the matter a super professional character. The advice, execution and care were HERVORRAGEND with him. A big praise to Mr. Gabel (Gerhard). The whole family became a fan of his under his construction management.

THANK YOU Gerhard, that you have built our PV system so great and not only wanted to make money but SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, and that's us, therefore full number of stars.

Everything is wonderful. Problems are promptly searched for, found and solved if there are any.
Consultation was very very thorough and they take their time with the customer. Not fast like other providers I had asked.
