Comprehensive advice and very accurate implementation by friendly staff. Fitters (modules) respond to personal wishes without discussion. The electricians also implement customer wishes (in our case the "invisible" laying of the cables). The system has now been running very satisfactorily for 2 weeks.

We were very satisfied with the contact, the advice and the execution of the service.
The individual quotation advice was very good and competent.
The appointments for the respective work were coordinated with us in advance.
The tradesmen were also very competent when carrying out the work. If we had any questions in between, we were given very good information.
We would hire enerix again at any time.

I received a 10.5 kWp PV system with an E3/DC system incl. wallbox from Enerix Lüneburg in September 2023. The system has been running flawlessly for almost a year with a great yield.
The entire installation of the PV system, including registration with the grid operator, was carried out quickly and reliably. Special requests were also taken into account.
In my case, the integration of the existing PV system into the energy management of the new PV system.
I would particularly like to emphasize the friendliness and reliability of the entire team. Special thanks go to Mr. Taubayev and Ms. Dreyer.
The contact persons were always available.
I will most likely contact the Enerix Lüneburg team again for any expansion work.

We wanted to award the contract in the region. We found out about enerix on the Internet. The free guide gave us an initial insight into the topic. A concept was drawn up for us in an initial personal meeting on site. Various quality/price options were also presented. The installation on the roof was carried out conscientiously and neatly in a reasonable time. The storage unit was installed shortly afterwards by the team of electricians. The existing environment and our ideas were implemented. The workmanship was also done properly here. Our questions during the ongoing process (of which there were many) were answered promptly on site and/or after further enquiries.
We are very happy to recommend enerix Lüneburg with a clear conscience.

I am technically inexperienced, but still wanted to learn about my system and how it works. This was satisfied in an excellent and patient manner during the first detailed consultation. I also had to deal with technicians who were always ready to explain the work in a friendly manner. When old construction defects that I was unaware of appeared in our house and were a hindrance to the solar system, they were pointed out and the defect was rectified. That is no longer a matter of course these days!

Careful planning preparation, friendly and prompt support and information about project implementation. Timetable adhered to, so that I can enjoy a lot of solar power since commissioning. We saw the system installation at a neighbor's house and were immediately impressed by the look of the black modules. After talking to the owner of the building, who recommended enerix to us, we got in touch straight away. The system was installed within 4 weeks and we are absolutely delighted with how much electricity it generates. Apart from a small delay due to rain, the entire installation went completely smoothly within 3 days. You can see that the fitters know their trade and deliver clean work. Many thanks to the whole team!

Motivated employees, great implementation on the construction site, but especially after the implementation no accessibility, acceptance of the system took place 1 year later, 1 1/2 years later still no documents on the system received, promised information has not yet been delivered and thus could not be applied for subsidies and tax relief so far and are most likely exhausted, or the tax year over.
We are very disappointed after the craftsmen on the construction site really did a very good job. Management and service have to be right for this comprehensive issue, so we will definitely turn to another company for the system extension.

All work performed was clean and professional. After the assembly ( electrical and PV modules ) the workplaces were properly cleaned and the garbage was taken away. A contact person was available at all times. All employees were always in a good mood and very friendly.
I would work with Enerix Lüneburg again at any time.
