First of all, I have to say that the points awarded are not based on the installed system, but on the performance of the Enerix company.
The company Enerix Mainz-Wiesbaden can definitely not be recommended.
The installation of the PV system and the final commissioning took over 3 months, as there was apparently a software error that could not be rectified.
The communication towards us as customers was already inadequate here.
We have now ordered a wallbox (called sonnenCharger by sonnen) from the same company, as they are unfortunately the only sales partner for sonnen GmbH in our region.
We hoped that things would go better this time and didn't think they could get any worse.
We have been trying to get an appointment for the installation for over 2 months now, whereby the first appointment we were given had to be canceled by us (but there was no reaction to this, the electrician was standing outside the door and had to leave again) and the second appointment was not kept by Enerix and then the excuse came that the appointment had not been confirmed.
This appointment was proposed to us by Enerix and we accepted it, so it can be assumed that it was confirmed.
Now we have been waiting for a new appointment for over a month and there has been no response to our attempts to contact them.
We had also set a deadline for Enerix to send us a new proposed date.
Unfortunately, there has been no communication in our direction here either.
The first payment on account has of course already been made, so that we can insist on fulfillment, but the company Enerix in Wiesbaden does not seem to be interested in this.
All I can say here is that the system itself is great when it works, which is why I have awarded it two stars, but I cannot recommend Enerix as a sales partner in any way.
I have now contacted the manufacturer to find a solution this way.
You can expect my solution from Enerix Mainz-Wiesbaden.
